Team members are chosen for their commitment to Skala values. Every staff member completes training in the Skala System including safety, technical, and leadership modules. Rope access technicians are trained by Ropeworks® and independently certified. Blade technician training is followed by a field apprenticeship. Annual refresher training is designed to help create an environment of continuous improvement.
